Mr. Narvaez, a partner in the Firm's Sacramento office, advises tribal governments and other clients on myriad issues in a wide array of contexts. Mr. Narvaez has obtained favorable results for clients in an array of state, federal, and tribal forums, including before the Interior Board of Indian Appeals, various U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Narvaez also advises clients on governance and transactional matters, including the formation and operation of entities designed for tribal economic development, development of various types of policies and procedures, financing and development of gaming, leasing and use of trust land, administration of tribal social services programs, and, more recently, navigation of circumstances presented by COVID-19.
Mr. Narvaez joined the firm as an associate in 2011.
