Laila Sanousi

Laila Sanousi is a law firm management professional with years of industry experience. She joined the Peebles Kidder team in 2022 as Firm Administrator and is based at the firm's main office in Sacramento.

As Firm Administrator, Ms. Sanousi is dedicated to overseeing the daily operations of the firm with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Her solutions oriented mindset along with her commitment to excellence ensure that the firm is well-equipped to continue to provide outstanding legal services to our clients. From managing budgets and resources to implementing strategic initiatives, her goal is to help streamline processes and support the success of the firm.

Before joining Peebles Kidder, Ms. Sanousi held firm administrator and paralegal positions in firms throughout the Greater Sacramento region. Dedicated to her profession, Ms. Sanousi has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since 2017 and has been active on the Sacramento Valley ALA Board of Directors since 2020. She currently serves as chapter President and leads efforts in education and membership support.

In her free time Ms. Sanousi enjoys spending time with her children, reading, cooking, and being active outdoors as much as possible.
